1. Introduction

Welcome to ZXPAY BD. By accessing or using our payment gateway services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We grant you a limited license to use our gateway for lawful business purposes only.

2. Permitted Usage (Where you can use)

Our payment gateway is designed to support legitimate businesses. You are allowed to use ZXPAY BD for the following types of websites and businesses:

E-Commerce Business

Online shops selling physical goods (Clothing, Gadgets, Accessories, Grocery, etc.).

Education & Courses

Selling video courses, PDFs, tuition fees, or educational materials.

Digital Products

Software, scripts, graphics, ebooks, and other downloadable legit content.

Service Based Business

Hosting, Web Design, Marketing Agencies, Subscription Services, SMM Panels.

3. Prohibited Activities (Strictly Forbidden)

The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Using ZXPAY BD for any of these will result in an immediate account ban.

Betting & Gambling: Any kind of betting site, casino, gambling app, prediction games, or lottery is 100% prohibited.
Illegal Content: Adult content (18+), pornography, dating sites with adult themes.
Fraud & Scams: Ponzi schemes, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), phishing sites, or fake investment schemes.
Restricted Items: Drugs, alcohol, weapons, explosives, or any item illegal under Bangladeshi Law.

4. Legal Actions & Consequences

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for illegal activities. If we detect any transaction related to Betting, Gambling, or Money Laundering:

Your account will be suspended permanently without notice.
All funds in your wallet will be frozen immediately.
We will report your information (IP, Phone, Email, Transaction Logs) to Law Enforcement Agencies & BTRC.
Legal action will be taken against you under the Digital Security Act of Bangladesh.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

ZXPAY BD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. We may ask for KYC (NID/Trade License) verification if we notice suspicious transaction volume. Failure to provide documents may result in account limits.
